On Friday 8th January Post 16 invited Simon Hance, a freelance Food Hygiene and Health Inspector/Instructor into school.

As we run a successful soup service, delivered to staff each Monday, we needed someone from this profession to help us with advice to stay within the strict guidelines regarding safe food preparation.
Simon charged the school for this visit and his time - we contributed £50 to his fee from our profits.

He was informative and entertaining and thoroughly enjoyed talking to Post 16.

He gave us a 'Who wants to be a Millionaire' quiz at the end to see what we had learned but we are still waiting for the prize money!
