Any complaint will be discussed at the earliest opportunity and every effort made to ensure that issues and concerns are listened to and dealt with by the Head of the Medical Needs Teaching Service.
If any child / young person, parent / carer, professional is not satisfied with the subsequent response they may contact the Principal of the East SILC Ms Diane Reynard at John Jamieson School.
If the matter is still unresolved contact, should be made with the Chair of Governors at the East SILC John Jamieson School.
If the matter is still not dealt with the person’s satisfaction contact should be made with the EOTAS Service Manager at: Children Leeds, Adam's Court, Leeds.
